From our headquarters in Hull we coordinate an operation with national coverage. Staff are highly skilled, qualified and experienced Engineers, Fabricators and Welders who cover all the key trades along with well-proven project management abilities. This allows us to deploy smoothly co-ordinated site teams, accustomed to working together with optimum efficiency and excellent end-to-end communication, while our certified in-house manufacturing capability ensures that we are able to produce even complex fabricated solutions with confidence.

Our commitment to Health and Safety is paramount in all our operations. Our Management team regularly check, train and monitor standards ensuring that all employees hold current IOSH and ECITB safety passports that are applicable to their trade or profession.

We are unusual among contemporary heavy engineering companies in that we still maintain, and believe in, the value of an active apprenticeship programme, providing school-leavers with an opportunity to acquire trade skills in a supportive environment. Our policy of training and developing our staff, as well as providing apprenticeships, means we enjoy a skilled and motivated workforce of long-term employees with high levels of loyalty and commitment to effectively resource our projects.
