Snowdens helps the engineers of the future

Snowdens have helped engineering students at The University of Hull with their Formula Student Racing Car

Edwin Snowden & Co Ltd an engineering company with a history going back over a hundred years, have been helping the engineers of the future with the manufacture of their Formula Student Racing Car.

The students from the University of Hull designed the car and James Brown, a third year apprentice welder at Snowdens, formed and welded the chassis for them. Snowdens have a tradition of employing apprentices and were only too please to assist the local students in their task of designing and building the Formula Student Racing Car, which should be finished for the competition which takes place this Summer at Silverstone.
