Two New Pressure Vessels

Two new pressure vessels have just been completed for a major international automotive manufacturer

Edwin Snowdens are pleased to announce the completion of two new gas storage vessels for a major international automotive manufacturer. The identical vessels are to be used to store a new type of air conditioning refrigerant gas, HFO1234. New legislation has meant that car manufacturers around the world will need to change to HFO1234 refrigerant in their new models. The pressure vessels were manufactured in carbon steel, in line with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
