Snowdens produce Hyperbaric Chambers used for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).

Oxygen Therapy, using oxygen at a level higher than atmospheric pressure, is now being used in medical practice, notably in the USA, Japan, Russia, China and Europe.  HBOT is used primarily to treat carbon monoxide poisoning and aid the healing of injuries and wounds of different types. It is being used increasingly in Neurological diseases such as Stroke, Head and Spinal Cord injuries and the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis.

Our Hyperbaric Chambers are manufactured to PD5500 2009 and Quality Standard ISO 9001:2000, are CE marked and built in accordance with the European Pressure Directive (PED). Chambers are certified by Lloyds Register as “Pressure Vessels Safe for Human Occupancy” (PVHO).

The treatment chamber system is Lloyds Register “design appraised” and “built under class survey”.  PD5500: 2006 Cat 1 describes its safe operational limits.
